Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the item you wish to return, or contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the saree or ethnic wear is folded neatly in its original packaging with all brand tags, price labels, and the invoice intact.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your doorstep through our trusted courier partners.

  Refund or Exchange

  After the item passes our quality inspection at the warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchanged item will be dispatched.
