Are the silk sarees authentic and certified?
Yes, all our silk sarees are crafted from 100% pure silk. Our premium Kanchipuram and Banarasi collections come with the Silk Mark Organisation of India certification to ensure authenticity and quality.
Do you offer international shipping?
We certainly do. Anantham Silks ships to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for domestic orders if the product is unused and the tags are intact. Please note that customized products, such as sarees with stitched blouses, are not eligible for returns.
How should I care for my silk garments?
To maintain the luster and longevity of your silk, we strictly recommend dry cleaning only. Store your sarees in a cool, dry place wrapped in a muslin cloth, and avoid direct sunlight to prevent color fading.
Can I request custom blouse stitching?
Yes, we provide professional tailoring services. You can select the 'Custom Stitching' option on the product page and provide your measurements according to our size guide.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular digital wallets. For orders within India, we also offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for select pin codes.
